This modern downtown condo sold in only 28 days — nearly two weeks faster than the city’s average. Our strategic, demographic-focused staging helped highlight the property’s best features and appeal directly to the right buyers. The result? A quick, successful sale in a competitive market.

With condo's not moving, we needed to showcase this west end 2 bedroom into a place where a young couple could visualize living here. Flooding the living room and dining room with natural light, and showing that a second bedroom could be used as a home office, this property was pending in 8 days and sold for full asking price.
Morinville Showhome
This new model home in Morinville was professionally staged to highlight its modern layout and natural light. Using neutral tones, layered textures, and thoughtful furniture placement, I created warm, inviting spaces that buyers can instantly imagine themselves living in. Styled for an Edmonton-area home builder, this project shows how strategic home staging makes a property feel move-in ready and helps it stand out in the Morinville real estate market.
